Who we are
Quadruped is a recruitment and headhunting company on the Swedish market. Our recruiters have a senior profile with a solid background in the IT & Telecom industry as recruiters, salespeople and executive managers. We know the industry – and have the networks. We work with the most modern search systems on the market, but we see recruitment as a craft. It also enables us to work with guaranteed quality and fast customer ROI. We are a small company, but we have a large network and extensive operational knowledge including outsourcing.
What we do
Quadruped rests on four legs. Our core business is recruitment of skilled employees in IT, Tech and Engineering. We do this as individual assignments, or as a larger commitment with on site recruiters/talent acquisition solutions (insourcing/outsourcing). We also offer consulting services with sub-consultants and interim assignments, where the client wants to supplement their recruitment with shorter assignments or try-on-employment.
